About
Summer Stages Music Trail brings the buzz of a summer music festival to your event. Teams play a group of friends heading to the festival, and a game app guides them to GPS-located stages around your venue.
The festival has seven stages, each for a different music genre. When a team arrives, the app unlocks challenges: solving puzzles, capturing photos and videos of festival moments and finding facts on the festival’s support website.
Teams plan their route, share the tasks and keep moving to make the most of their time, collecting points for every challenge they finish.
The highest score wins. The format also works remotely, in hybrid teams or across several offices, so colleagues in Seoul, Busan or overseas can all attend the same festival.
Learning outcomes
The game creates shared memories and plenty of conversation, which helps teams bond and keeps people talking long after it ends. Many groups are still sharing photos days later.
Each round encourages players to look at how they solve problems and improve their approach. As they get better at sharing information, their score climbs.
Limited time and resources test team dynamics and push people to be creative and spot chances others might miss. Teams that split up smartly and regroup quickly usually lead.
