About
Korea knows how to make a hit, and Chart Topper Sessions gives your team its own shot. Each team becomes a record label with one goal: write, record and release an original song in two to three hours, with AI music tools doing the heavy lifting.
The session opens with a short, inspiring video on how music has been made through the ages. Then each team splits in two. One half writes the lyrics, while the other learns to film and edit a music video using step-by-step guides on their phones.
Back together, teams use an AI music assistant to try different genres, moods and styles, choosing their favorite from up to ten versions. They then shoot and edit the video and submit it for the premiere.
Every video plays on the big screen and the whole room votes for the winner. It is fully digital, so the energy goes into creating, not paperwork.
Learning outcomes
Writing a song and making a music video together builds teamwork, creativity, communication and project management in one package. No musical skill is needed, so everyone contributes, and quiet teammates often steal the show.
