Grand Mural Reveal starts with small teams and ends with one breathtaking artwork. Each team collects brushes, paint, a blank canvas and a diagram showing its part of the bigger picture, without ever seeing the full design.
Teams mix their paints to match the right colors and start painting their canvas, following the diagram carefully. No artistic talent is needed, just a steady hand and a willingness to help.
Soon teams realize the image will only work if they coordinate with the teams around them, matching colors and lines wherever their canvases meet.
After a short debrief, the big moment arrives. The finished masterpiece is unveiled to everyone for the first time, and the reveal is always met with cheers and applause.
