On Air Broadcast Crew
Learn AI the practical way: by producing a newscast together.

About
On Air Broadcast Crew is a hands-on way to build AI skills across your company. Teams produce their own news broadcast, and every person uses AI tools to complete their part.
The session begins with a quick introduction to AI and short, focused video training on a few selected tools, so everyone starts at the same level.
Teams then become independent newsrooms. Each member takes a specialist role, such as scriptwriter, researcher, image or video creator, voice artist, editor or producer, supported by AI tools for that role. Using a brief, a template and a realistic scenario, crews produce a news segment and present it to the room.
If time allows, crews share which tools worked and what was difficult, and the session closes with a debrief on key takeaways and next steps for AI at work.
Learning outcomes
Skills stick when people use them on a real project. Because each specialist's work must come together in one broadcast, collaboration and creativity grow naturally, and people gain respect for roles they rarely think about. It is a practical first step for any AI adoption plan.
Open discussion during the session helps reduce common worries about AI and encourages a culture of learning.
The program makes one point clear: AI supports people rather than replacing them. It frees up time for strategic and creative work, and participants begin to see where it could help in their own jobs. Many teams leave with a short list of AI ideas to test the following week.
If helpful, the debrief can also cover responsible AI use and how your company plans to manage it, so everyone feels informed and included.
