Rolling Kitchen Challenge
Build a street food brand, cook your signature dish and win the judges over.

About
From late-night food stalls to busy market alleys, street food is a big part of life in Korea. Rolling Kitchen Challenge gives your team its own food business on wheels.
Each team gets a brief that covers the main ingredients, the trading location, the target customers and the opening hours. With that information, teams make the same decisions a real owner faces: brand name, signature dish, presentation and price.
They also plan the business side, setting a sales strategy, a break schedule and a clear role for every member, from head chef to front of house.
When the clock starts, the kitchens open and teams bring their idea to life. At the end, each team presents its signature dish and introduces its head chef, and the judges choose the best rolling kitchen of the day.
Learning outcomes
Rolling Kitchen Challenge is a lively, hands-on way to build teamwork, communication and time management. It suits mixed groups from every department.
Turning a brief into a brand, menu and sales plan shows why planning and organization matter. Teams quickly see how price, presentation and target customers all affect each other. Those who agree on a clear concept early usually run the smoothest kitchens.
Running a kitchen brings together people from different departments, levels and personalities. Each person finds their strengths, owns their station and works toward the shared goal.
Presenting to the judges is a final test of clear communication and customer focus. Because everyone has a defined role, people see how their work affects the customer, the team and the final result.
